Winter '99 Milestones as
Recorded in our Family E-mail!
JANUARY 1999 BROUGHT COLD WEATHER AND SNOW
FROM THE VERY START.
*************************
FROM STAMPQUEEN...
SNOWY AND ICY HERE TODAY, WITH A WINTER STORM
GOING AND LOTS OF CLOSINGS. MOST AIRLINE FLIGHTS POSTPONED OR CANCELED.
MAIL DELIVERY TOO. ONE FUNERAL HOME EVEN CANCELED ALL FUNERALS. STRANGE!
LATER! :D
***************************
FROM JASBAH...
WOWOWOWOWOWOW! YOU ALL COULD RELIVE CLEVELAND
GROWING-UP DAYS IF YOU WERE
HERE IN CENTRAL OHIO. I THINK TIM AND
MEG GOT MOST OF THIS STUFF
YESTERDAY. IT IS BEAUTIFUL AND LOOKS
LIKE IT WILL NOT STOP! I CALLED ALL
THE SATURDAY VOLUNTEERS LAST NIGHT AND TOLD
THEM THEY WOULD HEAR FROM ME
BETWEEN 7 AND 7:20 THIS AM AFTER MY CHECK
ON THE WEATHER. MADE ALL MY
CALLS, SENT EVERYONE BACK TO BED, CALLED THEIR
DEPARTMENTS...AND POLITELY
TOLD THEM I WAS NOT COMING IN EITHER!
THINK THAT FLOORED THEM MOST, BUT
NOT TODAY, THANK YOU!
AS USUAL MADAME, YOUR LOOK INTO THE FUTURE
IS A DEEPLY SPIRITUAL
AND INSPIRATIONAL READING FOR THOSE OF US
WHO ARE DYING TO KNOW WHAT KICKS
THE NEW YEAR IS GOING TO BRING IN! GOD
KNOWS WE TREASURE THE WISDOM THAT
HEREIN LIES. ENCORE, ENCORE!
AND DAD SECONDED VICK'S COMMENT...Your
predictions are giving us much anticipation,
Pat, keep up the good work.

I LOVE THIS INSTALLMENT OF THE '99 PREDICTIONS!!!
HURRAY FOR YOU, MADAME! AND YOU WERE CONCERNED ABOUT PSYCHIC WRITER'S BLOCK!
PIFFLE! I JUST COULDN'T UNDERSTAND THAT MARCH 9TH PREDICTION, BUT IF YOU
WERE VERY DRUNK WHEN YOU WROTE IT, WE CAN ANNUL IT AND I WON'T HOLD IT
AGAINST YOU. THANK YOU FOR THE MANY LAUGHS, GUFFAWS, AND PERHAPS--BUT KEEP
THIS TO YOURSELF--A SNORT OR TWO! THESE WERE GREAT!!!!
:-) STILL LAUGHING IN CARMEL LAND

MADAME P.--FREDDIE NEARLY RAN INTO THE WALL
AS I
BEGAN HOWLING WITH LAUGHTER WHILE DEVOURING
YOUR
'99 PROGNOSTICATIONS. I DO FEEL ANN'S
PAIN, THO-
SHE IS BEING SINGLED OUT WAY TOO MUCH; BUT
THEN
AGAIN AS LONG IS IT ISN'T ME, WHY WORRY?
I TOO AM FACED WITH DISMANTLING THE LIGHTS
AND DECO-
RATIONS OF CHRISTMAS 98. IT IS THE MOST UNFAVORITE
TASK I CAN THINK OF; UNFORTUNATELY,
ONE CAN NOT PRO-
CRASTINATE WITH A CHRISTMAS TREE; THE
SOCIAL STIGMA
OF A LARGE ALL BROWN BUSH IN ONES LIVING ROOM
IN THE
LATTER DAYS OF JULY IS NOT 'CHIC'. "O TANNENBAUM"
BEGONE! CERTAINLY HAVE THE "HOLIDAY
SPIRIT" TO GET
THE JOB DONE THOUGH; AS I LOOK OUT THE
WINDOW NOW,
IT IS SNOWING 'SIDEWAYS' AND ANOTHER 4-6 INCHES
IS
BEING PREDICTED. WE HAVE NEARLY 18 INCHES
RIGHT NOW,
AND THE WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO KEEP UP
AT LEAST THROUGH
THE NIGHT. MY PREDICTION, IF YOU DON'T
MIND PATRICIA,
IS NO SCHOOL MONDAY IN ANY SCHOOL DISTRICT
OF MICHIGAN,
MOST OF INDIANA AND ALL OF NORTHERN/MIDDLE
OHIO.
I MUST ALSO HEAP PRAISE ON THE SISTER
OF SISTERS, AS
SHE TOO HAS BEEN A PHENOM ON THE KEYBOARD
THE PAST FEW
DAYS...GLAD TO HEAR YOU EXERCISED THE WISDOM
YOU HAVE
SO DUTIFULLY ACCRUED OVER THE 50+ YEARS OF
LIFE AND
DECIDED TO STAY PUT WHILE ALL THIS HOWLIN'
AND DRIFTIN'
HAS BEEN GOIN' ON...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
HI, FAM!
THIS WILL BE SHORT...NO SONG PRACTICE TONIGHT,
NO SCHOOL TOMORROW, NO PTO BOARD MEETING TOMORROW NIGHT... NO WAY TO GET
SARAH AND BERNIE BROWN'S MOM'S VAN OUT OF OUR DRIVEWAY, WHERE SHE'S STUCK...NO
WAY THE TEMP COULD POSSIBLY BE ABOVE ZERO (WIND CHILL IS -30) AND NOT MUCH
ELSE TO TELL YOU AT THIS MOMENT! WILL GO POP SOME PIZZAS IN THE OVEN FOR
THE STRANDED TRAVELERS, AND HOPE THAT JAY GETS HOME ALL RIGHT.
LATER, ALL!
BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!
VICK WROTE...
WES, GREAT BIRTHDAY WISHES TOMORROW TO YOU
... 21 SURELY IS A MILESTONE ...
AND I HAVEN'T FORGOTTEN THAT YOUR CHRISTMAS
GREENERY IS TO BE SOON IN THE
MAIL. FIGURED YOU COULD USE IT AT SCHOOL
AS WELL AT HOME. I FIRST SAW YOU
WHEN YOU WERE 7 MONTHS OLD WHEN YOU AND YOUR
MOM AND DAD BROUGHT YOU TO
CRISFIELD DRIVE. SOMEHOW IN THAT VISIT
DAD CAME UPON THIS SWEET RAM
FIGURINE THAT SAID YOUR SMILE AND THAT RAM'S
REMINDED HIM OF YOU ... AND HE
BOUGHT IT! I KNOW YOU KNOW THAT STORY;
WHO HAS THAT GUY THESE DAYS? NOT
WES, THE RAM?????
dear ones all,
I did visit the one and only, absolutely fabulous
REALE FAMILY WEB SITE and
found it to be all I had hoped---AND MORE!
Congrats on wonderful job,
Carmelita!- you're awesome, and how neat that
you got the gifts of a few
free days to allow you to put it all together!
BRAVO- ON A JOB WELL
DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bumps, does this mean we don't have to
keep trying (to no avail!) to
access the Family Pointe? We were about
to put that one where the sun
don't shine- now we 'll just click on the
Reale website.
The Reale family Website...... is SO COOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Deb, you did a fantastic job with it--how did you do all that neat
stuff, like the home page with the guy moving
the chair and the lamp? I love
the background paper for the pages. The pictures
are great and the narrative
about your family, hobbies, jobs, etc., was
really fun to read!! I can see why
it took you so long to get it up and going
but it's really wonderful and worth
the work. Thanks for doing it for us.
Everybody else, it would be worth your while to check out this newest
and most professional, yet warm and inviting
website. Just go to:
<http://members.xoom.com/Deb5355>
You'll see why I am so excited about it.
I took a survey
from some run-of-the-mill people that I happened to run
into today and here is what they said:
"Gee, it's really swell!" George Bailey, Bedford Falls
"It's cool and junk." Beaver Cleaver
"It's like buttah!!" Syl Swinklestein
"I (sniff) am moved to tears (sob)." Tim Smith
"Did you happen to find my glasses there?" Ann Smith
" I don't recall seeing it and if I did I didn't know anything
about it." Bill Gates
Take my advice and go see for yourself.
Love,
Patty
TODAY, THOUGH THE PAGES DON'T SAY THAT!
Tim here. Good job, im impressed. Don't need
my site now?
AS LONG AS THIS ONE WORKS OUT, I SHOULD BE
FINE. DID YOU SEE THE LINK TO YOUR SITE?
FROM PATTY, 1/23/99
Hi All!
So glad Saturday
is finally upon us; it's been a long week for this
sports-mom- paper-carrier-birthday-party giver.
Thanks for all the cyber cards
you sent Corey and Ames, they were really
excited about getting them. Dad,
Corey received your card in the mail on Thursday;
those cards came out so
cute! I had no idea you were so versatile
on the computer!
Feb. '99 note from Deb to Momofour.com:
Congrats to Caiti on her new, nukless life!!!
I'm sure the Nuk fairy was happy to recycle them and share them with infants
who were in need!
Love,
Aunt Deb :-)
